FAQ
S2000 supports up to 1,500W of continuous output. If a red "OVERLOAD" indicator appears, disconnect the appliance immediately to clear the fault.
Note: Some appliances, such as microwaves, may draw more power than their rated wattage.
Using a 400W solar panel in direct sunlight, charging from 20% to 80% takes approximately 3-4 hours.
Please note that actual charging time will vary depending on sunlight angle, weather conditions, and intensity.
To reduce fan noise, enable Silent Mode in the app and set the charging power to 600W or below. We also recommend updating Anker SOLIX S2000 to the latest firmware to ensure optimum performance.
The SOLIX S2000X is designed as a compact, plug-and-play 2048Wh powerhouse, so it does not support expansion batteries. However, if you need even more runtime, we highly recommend checking out our Anker SOLIX C2000X Gen 2, which is fully compatible with expansion batteries.
