Welcome to Drone Robotics Tech. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Drone Robotics Tech. By accessing our website, using our services, or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Refund, Returns & Shipping Policy, and any other policies posted on our website.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you should not access our website, use our services, or purchase products from us.

Section 1 - Online Store Terms

By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products or services for any illegal, unauthorized, or unsafe purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction while using our website or products.

You are responsible for ensuring that any products purchased from Drone Robotics Tech are used in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, manufacturer instructions, safety requirements, aviation rules, and local operating requirements.

Section 2 - Account and Customer Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, shipping, and payment information for all purchases made through our store.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.

Section 3 - Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product information, specifications, images, pricing, availability, and descriptions accurately. However, product images, colors, packaging, specifications, accessories, included components, and availability may vary or change without notice.

Product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, and specifications are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit product quantities at our discretion.

Drone Robotics Tech is not responsible for manufacturer specification changes, product updates, packaging changes, firmware changes, software changes, or changes made by third-party manufacturers or suppliers.

Section 4 - Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Drone Robotics Tech reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel, or modify any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, compliance concerns, or system errors.

Your order is not accepted until payment has been received and processed, and we have confirmed the order. An order confirmation email does not guarantee final acceptance, shipment, or availability.

We may contact you using the email address, phone number, billing address, or shipping address provided at checkout if we need to verify order information, payment information, shipping details, product compatibility, or fraud risk.

Section 5 - Pricing, Payment, and Billing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.

Posted prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, handling fees, customs duties, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges unless expressly stated.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel or hold orders if payment cannot be verified, if payment is reversed, or if the transaction is flagged as high risk.

For invoice, wire transfer, ACH, or other offline payment orders, products will not be released for shipment until full payment has been confirmed by our finance department unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Section 6 - Order Cancellation

If you request to cancel an order before it has shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. However, cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has been processed, packed, submitted to a manufacturer or supplier, prepared for fulfillment, or shipped.

Special-order items, manufacturer-submitted orders, supplier-submitted orders, backordered items, custom orders, final sale items, digital products, service plans, and DJI Care products may not be cancelable once processed or submitted.

Customer-requested cancellations may be subject to non-refundable payment processing fees where permitted by applicable law and payment processor rules.

Section 7 - Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are subject to our Refund, Returns & Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Drone Robotics Tech is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, acts of God, strikes, lockouts, customs delays, incorrect addresses, manufacturer delays, supplier delays, product shortages, system errors, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address.

For international orders, all duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, import charges, and local charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Section 8 - Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, defective products, damaged shipments, refused deliveries, and incorrect-address issues are governed by our Refund, Returns & Shipping Policy.

Not all products are eligible for return. Activated DJI products, flown drones, used batteries, opened batteries, opened electronic components, installed parts, repair parts, special-order items, clearance sale items, final sale items, DJI Care, service plans, extended warranty plans, and digital service products may be non-returnable unless confirmed defective and approved under the applicable warranty process.

All return requests must be approved by Drone Robotics Tech before products are shipped back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Section 9 - Warranty and Manufacturer Service

Product warranty coverage is subject to the applicable manufacturer warranty policy. For DJI products, warranty eligibility, warranty coverage, repair approval, replacement approval, and service decisions may be determined by DJI or the applicable authorized service process.

Drone Robotics Tech may assist customers with warranty guidance, but final warranty approval, repair, replacement, credit, or coverage determination may be made by the manufacturer.

Warranty service is separate from buyer’s remorse returns. Activated, used, or flown products may not be eligible for return, but may still be eligible for warranty service if the issue qualifies under the applicable warranty policy.

Section 10 - Product Use, Compliance, and Safety

Customers are responsible for learning and following all applicable laws, regulations, manufacturer instructions, safety guidelines, registration requirements, licensing requirements, aviation rules, and operating restrictions related to the products they purchase.

Drone Robotics Tech is not responsible for misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, unsafe operation, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, regulatory violations, accidents, crashes, property damage, personal injury, crop damage, business losses, or other damages caused by customer use or operation of products.

For drone products, customers are responsible for complying with all applicable FAA rules, local aviation regulations, airspace restrictions, remote identification requirements, registration requirements, licensing requirements, and any other applicable operating rules.

Section 11 - Promotions and Discounts

Promotions, discounts, coupons, bundle offers, free gifts, and special offers are subject to change, limitation, or cancellation at any time. Promotional offers may have separate terms, eligibility requirements, activation requirements, purchase requirements, expiration dates, or quantity limits.

If a promotional product, free gift, or bundle item is returned, canceled, ineligible, or not activated as required by the promotion terms, Drone Robotics Tech may adjust the refund, reject the return, or require the return of promotional items.

Section 12 - Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Occasionally, information on our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, availability, specifications, or included items.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change, update, cancel, or refuse orders at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

Section 13 - Fraud Prevention and Order Verification

We reserve the right to review, hold, cancel, or refuse any order that appears suspicious, high risk, fraudulent, incomplete, inconsistent, or unverifiable.

We may require additional verification before processing or shipping an order, including identity confirmation, billing confirmation, address confirmation, payment verification, or alternative payment methods.

If an order is flagged by our payment processor, fraud detection system, or internal review process, we may cancel the order and issue a refund according to our policies and applicable payment processor rules.

Section 14 - Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, designs, videos, software, layout, and other materials, is owned by Drone Robotics Tech, its licensors, suppliers, manufacturers, or other content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any website content without our prior written permission.

All trademarks, logos, product names, and brand names belong to their respective owners. DJI and other product names or trademarks referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners.

Section 15 - Third-Party Tools and Links

Our website may include third-party tools, applications, payment processors, shipping tools, embedded content, or links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, services, policies, content, availability, accuracy, or security.

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be subject to the third party’s own terms and policies.

Your submission of personal information through our store is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our website or purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to our Privacy Policy.

Because our store is powered by Shopify, Shopify and other service providers may collect and process personal information as necessary to provide ecommerce, payment, shipping, analytics, fraud prevention, and related services.

Section 17 - Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website, services, products, or content for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, misleading, or unauthorized purpose.

You agree not to violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, submit false information, interfere with website security, upload malicious code, scrape or extract website data without permission, impersonate another person, abuse promotions, misuse payment systems, or engage in activity that may harm Drone Robotics Tech, our customers, our suppliers, our service providers, or our website operations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drone Robotics Tech disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so some limitations may not apply to you.

Section 20 - Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drone Robotics Tech, its owners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, manufacturers, service providers, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, consequential, or similar damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, business interruption, crop damage, property damage, personal injury, product misuse, regulatory violations, or operational losses arising from your use of our website, services, or products.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some limitations may not apply to you.

Section 22 - Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first at sales@droneroboticstec.com so we can review and assist with your request.

Filing a payment dispute or chargeback before contacting us may delay the return, refund, replacement, or warranty review process.

Drone Robotics Tech reserves the right to provide order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, communication records, payment records, product condition records, serial number records, policy documentation, and other relevant evidence to payment processors, banks, or financial institutions in response to payment disputes.

We may terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to our website or services at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in activity that may harm Drone Robotics Tech, our customers, our suppliers, our service providers, or our business operations.
