Your assessment counts toward repair.
Approve a paid repair with DRT for the same aircraft and service case, and the diagnostic fee is credited against that repair bill. If you decline the repair or the aircraft cannot be repaired, the completed assessment remains payable, together with any agreed return shipping.
Repair labor is estimated in 15-minute increments at the rate shown. These rates apply to DRT bench repairs. Parts, shipping and applicable tax are separate. On-site work, freight, manufacturer service and specialist claim reports require a separate written quote.

Approve the assessment
Receive the diagnostic fee and any transport charges in writing. Confirm these and your receiving arrangements before sending equipment.

Review the diagnosis, parts, labor, assessment credit and total. Work begins after you approve; any increase requires further approval.
Pay & arrange return
Receive an itemized invoice linked to your case. Use its payment link, then confirm collection or return shipping with DRT.

Your written quote identifies the equipment and serial number, the repair scope, each charge and any assessment credit.
Assessment & credit
The diagnostic fee is shown separately. For an approved DRT paid repair in the same case, an equal credit is applied to the repair bill so the assessment is not added twice.
Labor & replacement parts
The quote lists estimated labor at the applicable rate, replacement part descriptions, quantities and prices. Any used or exchange parts are identified before approval.
Transport & applicable tax
Shipping, freight, collection or on-site arrangements are agreed in advance. Applicable tax is itemized on the quote or invoice; no flat statewide tax is assumed.
Your payment link
Maintenance plans use normal product checkout. Repair payments use the invoice or checkout link issued for your specific case and approved amount.
Approval comes before work.
DRT confirms the diagnostic fee and any transport charge in writing before accepting equipment or beginning assessment. You approve the repair quote separately. Additional parts or labor require your approval of a revised total before the extra work proceeds.

How does the diagnostic credit work?
Example: an Enterprise assessment is $99. If you approve $250 labor plus $200 parts, the $99 assessment is fully credited. The combined assessment and repair total is $450 before shipping and tax. If you already paid $99, the remaining balance is $351 before shipping and tax.
What if I decline the quote?
The agreed diagnostic fee remains payable once the assessment has been completed. Any agreed return shipping is also payable. Repair labor or replacement parts are not charged without your authorization.
What if I have warranty or DJI Care coverage?
Include your coverage details when you apply. DRT reviews the service route before authorizing a paid assessment. Manufacturer-approved claims follow the applicable coverage terms; any uncovered DRT service charge is quoted separately for your approval.
Can I buy maintenance or DJI Care online?
Yes. Maintenance plans and in-stock DJI Care Enterprise codes are separate purchasable products. A Care code must match your model and an eligible aircraft. A maintenance purchase does not automatically cover damage repair.
Can I bring equipment to DRT?
Contact DRT to confirm an appointment and receiving instructions for the City of Industry, California location. For agricultural equipment, follow the cleaning and safe-handling instructions provided before delivery.
Does submitting this form authorize work?
No. The application starts a service conversation. Diagnostic charges and repair work require the separate approvals described above. Keep your written quote, authorization and final itemized invoice.
