A maintenance plan covers scheduled service. DJI Care Enterprise is a separate accident protection plan. If an aircraft needs repairs outside the maintenance scope, request a separate repair quote.

Is this a repair service?

This program is for scheduled maintenance. Crash damage, faults or work outside the selected plan may require a separate repair quote. Contact DRT before ordering if your aircraft is damaged.

Is shipping included?

Shipping arrangements depend on your program, service region and order. DJI states that eligible regional maintenance programs include two-way shipping. Confirm the applicable instructions with DRT before sending equipment.

My model is not listed. What should I do?

Contact DRT with your exact model and service needs. Only models and service levels shown in the selector are offered through this maintenance product.

Do I receive an aircraft with this purchase?

No. This purchase is a maintenance service for your existing aircraft. Submit its details after ordering so DRT can coordinate service.
