Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time and successfully verified may ship the same business day, depending on product availability, payment confirmation, warehouse capacity, order verification, and carrier availability. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Eastern Time may ship the next business day.

Processing times may vary for high-value items, special-order products, backordered items, manufacturer-submitted orders, oversized products, freight shipments, hazardous material shipments, battery shipments, or orders requiring additional verification.

Drone Robotics Tech reserves the right to hold, delay, or cancel an order if additional payment verification, address verification, fraud review, product availability confirmation, shipping confirmation, or compliance review is required.

Payment Confirmation Before Shipment

Orders will not be released for shipment until payment has been successfully processed and confirmed.

For credit card, debit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, or other online payment methods, shipment may be delayed if the transaction is flagged for risk review, billing verification, address mismatch, payment failure, or suspected fraud.

For invoice, wire transfer, ACH, Zelle, or other offline payment methods, products will not be released for shipment until full payment has been confirmed by our finance department unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping Area

Drone Robotics Tech currently offers online checkout shipping primarily to the contiguous United States and Washington, DC.

For purposes of this Shipping Policy, the contiguous United States means the 48 states within the continental United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, Armed Forces addresses, and other restricted regions.

We do not currently offer online checkout shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Minor Outlying Islands, Armed Forces addresses, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Palau, or other regions that may require export documentation, customs clearance, special carrier handling, or additional compliance review.

If an order is placed for a restricted destination, Drone Robotics Tech reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund according to our policies and applicable payment processor rules.

Shipping Methods

Available shipping methods may include UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, freight shipping, or other carrier services depending on the products ordered, shipping destination, package size, package weight, carrier availability, and applicable shipping restrictions.

Shipping rates may be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address, product type, package size, package weight, selected carrier service, and applicable handling fees.

Not all shipping methods are available for all products or destinations. Some products may be limited to ground shipping, freight shipping, or special handling due to size, weight, battery regulations, hazardous material regulations, carrier policies, manufacturer restrictions, or destination limitations.

UPS Calculated Rates

For eligible standard orders, UPS shipping rates may be calculated at checkout using carrier-calculated rates. These rates may include selected UPS services such as UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air.

Carrier-calculated shipping rates are based on information available at checkout, including the destination address, product weight, package dimensions, selected service, and carrier rate tables. Actual carrier charges may vary if product weight, package dimensions, address type, carrier surcharges, or shipping conditions differ from the checkout estimate.

A handling fee may be included in calculated shipping rates to help cover packaging materials, handling labor, insurance, signature requirements, and carrier-rate differences.

Free UPS Ground Shipping

Free UPS Ground Shipping over $599 applies only to eligible orders shipped within the contiguous United States and Washington, DC.

Free shipping does not apply to oversized products, freight shipments, hazardous material shipments, battery shipments, generators, large chargers, large drone accessories, special-order items, restricted products, clearance sale items, final sale items, or other excluded items unless otherwise stated in writing.

If an order contains both eligible standard products and excluded products, shipping charges may still apply to the excluded products.

If an order originally qualified for free shipping but is later returned, refused, canceled after shipment, or returned due to an incorrect address, the actual shipping cost incurred by Drone Robotics Tech may be deducted from the refund.

Oversized Products and Large Package Shipping

Some large but relatively lightweight products may be charged based on dimensional weight, package size, special handling requirements, or carrier surcharge rules rather than actual product weight.

Oversized products may include, but are not limited to, water tanks, spreading tanks, landing gear, large frame parts, large covers, large brackets, large drone accessories, and oversized repair parts.

Oversized products may be excluded from free shipping promotions and may require separate oversized shipping rates, freight shipping, or additional shipping confirmation before shipment.

Expedited shipping may not be available for oversized products at checkout. Customers who require expedited shipping for oversized products should contact Drone Robotics Tech before placing an order.

Freight, Heavy, and Special Handling Shipments

Some products may require freight shipping, pallet shipping, special handling, or commercial delivery due to size, weight, battery regulations, hazardous material classification, or carrier restrictions.

Freight or special handling may apply to generators, large chargers, large batteries, large drone systems, heavy accessories, oversized repair parts, and other products that cannot be shipped through standard parcel services.

Freight shipments may require a commercial address, loading dock, forklift, liftgate service, delivery appointment, or additional carrier services. Additional fees may apply for residential delivery, liftgate service, inside delivery, limited-access locations, re-delivery, storage, detention, address correction, or missed appointments.

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate freight delivery information and for being available to receive the shipment at the scheduled delivery time.

Battery and Hazardous Material Shipments

Some batteries, power systems, chargers, and related products may be subject to lithium battery regulations, hazardous material regulations, air shipping restrictions, ground-only shipping requirements, documentation requirements, or carrier limitations.

Shipping options for these products may be limited. Expedited shipping may not be available for certain battery or hazardous material shipments.

Battery shipments, hazardous material shipments, and other restricted products may be excluded from free shipping promotions and may require separate shipping rates or additional shipping confirmation.

Drone Robotics Tech reserves the right to adjust the shipping method, carrier, service level, or delivery timeframe as required by applicable regulations or carrier policies.

Delivery Times

Shipping times do not include the day the order ships. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, and other expedited shipping options refer to business days only, Monday through Friday. Weekends and holidays are not included unless the carrier specifically offers and confirms weekend delivery.

Drone Robotics Tech is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, acts of God, strikes, lockouts, customs delays, incorrect addresses, manufacturer delays, supplier delays, product shortages, system errors, security inspections, carrier disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Carriers

We may use UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, freight carriers, local delivery providers, or other logistics providers depending on the product, destination, shipping method, and order requirements.

Drone Robotics Tech reserves the right to select or change the shipping carrier, service level, packaging method, or fulfillment location at its discretion, unless a specific shipping method has been agreed to in writing.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information may be sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier. Drone Robotics Tech is not responsible for carrier tracking delays, incorrect tracking scans, missed scans, or temporary tracking system errors.

Signature Requirement

High-value orders, drone products, batteries, chargers, electronics, repair parts, and other selected shipments may require an adult signature or direct signature upon delivery.

If a signature is required, the customer is responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the package. Missed delivery attempts, carrier holding fees, storage fees, return fees, or redelivery charges may be the responsibility of the customer.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including business name, recipient name, street address, suite or unit number, city, state, ZIP code, phone number, and any required delivery instructions.

Drone Robotics Tech is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, carrier return fees, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, reshipping cost, and any applicable carrier fees.

Requests to reship a returned package will be subject to actual reshipping charges.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at sales@droneroboticstec.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to update the shipping address before the order ships, but address changes are not guaranteed once an order has been processed, packed, submitted for fulfillment, or shipped.

For security reasons, some orders may require cancellation and replacement if the shipping address must be changed after payment has been processed.

Refused Deliveries

If a package is refused for delivery for any reason other than visible shipping damage, the customer will be responsible for the actual shipping charges incurred by Drone Robotics Tech.

Once the package is returned to our warehouse and inspected, we may issue a refund to the original form of payment for the purchase price, less the actual original shipping cost, return shipping cost, applicable restocking fee, and any non-refundable payment processing fees.

This policy applies even if the order originally qualified for free shipping.

If a package appears visibly damaged at delivery, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

Damaged Packages or Products

If you receive a damaged package, damaged product, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support team no later than 5 business days after receiving your shipment.

To help us process your claim, please provide your order number, photos or videos of the product, photos of the packaging, photos of the shipping label, and a clear description of the issue.

Please keep the product, packaging, shipping box, shipping label, packing materials, and all included accessories until your claim has been reviewed. These materials may be required for carrier claims, insurance claims, warranty claims, or manufacturer review.

If there is extensive visible damage to the shipping box at the time of delivery, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first and check with household members, business staff, front desk staff, neighbors, mailrooms, receiving departments, or other delivery locations at the address.

Please also contact us at sales@droneroboticstec.com so we can assist with a carrier investigation where applicable.

Drone Robotics Tech is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided by the customer. Replacement or refund eligibility for lost or missing packages will depend on carrier investigation results, delivery confirmation, signature records, insurance coverage, and applicable claim procedures.

Backorders and Manufacturer Delays

If an item is out of stock, backordered, delayed by the manufacturer, delayed by the supplier, or subject to allocation, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided with your order.

Estimated arrival dates and shipping dates are not guaranteed and may change due to manufacturer production schedules, supplier availability, customs processing, carrier delays, product allocation, or other factors outside our control.

If you do not wish to wait for a delayed or backordered item, please contact us to discuss available options. Cancellation eligibility may depend on whether the order has already been submitted, processed, or classified as special order or final sale.

International Shipping and Restricted Regions

At this time, Drone Robotics Tech primarily ships through online checkout to the contiguous United States and Washington, DC.

We do not currently offer online checkout shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Minor Outlying Islands, Armed Forces addresses, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Palau, or other regions that may require export documentation, customs clearance, special carrier handling, or additional compliance review.

International shipping and shipments to restricted regions may be available only by prior written approval from Drone Robotics Tech. Customers must contact us before placing an order for any shipment outside the contiguous United States and Washington, DC.

If an order is placed for a restricted destination, Drone Robotics Tech reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund according to our policies and applicable payment processor rules.

All duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, import charges, export documentation requirements, and local compliance requirements are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customs, Duties, and Import Compliance

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products purchased from Drone Robotics Tech can be legally imported, owned, operated, and used in the destination country or region.

Drone Robotics Tech is not responsible for products held, delayed, rejected, seized, returned, or destroyed by customs or local authorities due to import restrictions, regulatory requirements, licensing requirements, documentation issues, or customer failure to comply with applicable laws.

If a shipment outside the contiguous United States and Washington, DC is approved in writing and later returned to us because the customer failed to complete customs clearance, refused delivery, failed to pay import charges, provided incorrect information, or violated import requirements, the customer may be responsible for original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, carrier fees, restocking fees, and any non-refundable payment processing fees.

Delivery Risk and Inspection

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If there is visible damage, shortage, or suspected tampering, ask the carrier to note the issue on the delivery record if possible, take photos or videos, and contact us immediately.

For freight shipments or high-value shipments, please inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt. If damage or shortage is visible, note the damage or shortage on the carrier delivery receipt before accepting the shipment.

Failure to report damage, shortage, or incorrect items within 5 business days of delivery may affect claim eligibility.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for selected orders by prior arrangement only.

Customers must wait for pickup confirmation before arriving. Some orders may require payment confirmation, identification verification, order verification, or appointment scheduling before pickup.

Drone Robotics Tech reserves the right to refuse pickup release if payment has not been confirmed, identification cannot be verified, or the order is flagged for review.
