Can I add an expansion battery?
No. S2000 has a fixed 2,010Wh capacity.
Will it run my refrigerator for 35 hours?
The advertised runtime comes from a specific laboratory test. Your runtime depends on daily energy consumption, temperature, door opening and inverter losses.
How can I reduce charging noise?
Use Silent Mode in the app and set charging power to 600W or below. Keep the firmware current.
Is 3,000W the continuous output?
No. Continuous output is 1,500W; 3,000W is the brief peak rating.
What is included in my selected configuration?
The configuration name and order summary identify the selected main equipment and bundle items. Optional add-ons are separate and are included only when selected.
What warranty is included?
