Yes. Please check whether your aircraft is eligible for DJI Care binding before placing your order. DJI Care codes are model-specific and must match an eligible aircraft.
Can I buy DJI Care if my aircraft is already out of the eligible period?
Generally, DJI Care can only be activated when the aircraft meets DJI’s eligibility requirements. Please check your aircraft eligibility before purchasing.
Can I return or cancel my order after the code is sent?
Please verify your aircraft model and eligibility before purchase. Once the DJI Care activation code has been issued by email, the order may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.
Will DRT restock more DJI Care codes after they sell out?
The DJI Care plans listed on this page are from DRT’s existing inventory. Once sold out, we may not be able to restock the same DJI Care plan.
How will I receive my DJI Care code?
