Compatibility & setup
E10 uses B6000 batteries. Power Dock, Smart Inlet Box and generator packages serve different installation needs. A qualified installer must confirm the complete electrical design.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
How much storage does one B6000 add?
Each B6000 adds 6,144Wh. One E10 power module supports up to five batteries, for 30,720Wh.
Does every package include Power Dock?
No. Power Dock is included only in configurations that name it. Smart Inlet Box is a separate connection option.
Is the 10,000W rating continuous?
No. Normal continuous output is 7,680W per module. Turbo output can reach 10,000W for up to 90 minutes with at least two batteries, subject to the system conditions.
Is installation included?
Electrical installation is not included in these equipment packages. Have a qualified installer check the site, service panel, loads and installation instructions.
What is included in my selected configuration?
The configuration name and order summary identify the selected main equipment and bundle items. Optional add-ons are separate and are included only when selected.
What warranty is included?
This brand-new Anker SOLIX unit includes a 5-year warranty. Keep your DRT purchase receipt for warranty support.
