Compatibility & setup
C1000 Gen 2 is a standalone-capacity station. BP1000 and other expansion batteries are not compatible.

Questions, answered.
Can I connect an expansion battery?
No. C1000 Gen 2 does not support an external expansion battery. BP1000 is intended for the original C1000, not Gen 2.
How do I enable the fastest AC charging?
Enable UltraFast charging in the Anker app. Input can reach 1,600W under suitable conditions; charging speed varies with temperature and battery state.
Can AC and solar be connected at the same time?
Yes. The station prioritizes solar input when both supported sources are connected.
Which solar panels work?
Use a compatible connection within the 11–60V input range and 600W maximum. The input current limit is 8.2A at 11–28V or 14.5A at 29–60V.
What is included in my selected configuration?
The configuration name and order summary identify the selected main equipment and bundle items. Optional add-ons are separate and are included only when selected.
What warranty is included?
This brand-new Anker SOLIX unit includes a 5-year warranty. Keep your DRT purchase receipt for warranty support.
