Basic is suitable for routine inspection and cleaning. Standard is recommended for heavier usage or aircraft with worn consumable parts. Premium is recommended for more comprehensive maintenance needs, including selected core component replacement.
Do I need to submit my aircraft serial number?
Yes. We need your aircraft serial number, activation date, total flight time, and aircraft condition to process the maintenance request.
Does Maintenance Program include repair?
Maintenance service is not the same as repair service. If DJI finds damage or issues outside the selected maintenance scope, additional repair costs may apply after inspection.
Can I order first and submit my application later?
Yes. After checkout, please submit your repair or maintenance application as soon as possible so we can process your request.
Is shipping included?
