Refund, Returns & Shipping Policy
Returns & Replacements
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Unopened products in original, resellable condition may be accepted for return after inspection. Opened products may be accepted for return only if they are unused, unactivated, in new working condition, and returned with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, components, and documentation.
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee. A 20% restocking fee may apply to opened products, products requiring inspection, products requiring repackaging, or products that cannot be resold as brand new.
Activated DJI products, flown drones, used batteries, opened batteries, opened electronic components, installed parts, special-order items, clearance sale items, final sale items, and products with missing accessories, damaged packaging, scratches, marks, blemishes, activation records, or signs of use are not eligible for return unless the product is confirmed defective and approved under the applicable warranty process.
All returns must be approved by Drone Robotics Tech before the item is shipped back. Returns sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Condition Requirements
Returned merchandise must be in its original condition and must include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, components, documentation, and the packing slip included with your order.
Original condition means that the product has no scratches, marks, blemishes, signs of use, missing parts, missing accessories, removed or damaged security tags, activation records, installation marks, flight records, or other conditions that would prevent the product from being resold as new.
Products that have been sized, altered, modified, installed, activated, flown, used, damaged, or returned with missing packaging, missing accessories, or incomplete documentation may not be eligible for return or may be subject to additional deductions.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee. A 20% restocking fee may apply to opened products, products requiring inspection, products requiring repackaging, or products that cannot be resold as brand new.
Unopened products in original, resellable condition may be eligible for a reduced or waived restocking fee at our discretion after inspection.
The restocking fee may be higher or the return may be rejected if the product is missing accessories, packaging, manuals, documentation, security tags, serial number labels, or has any signs of use, activation, installation, damage, wear, scratches, marks, or other conditions that affect resale value.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered final sale or non-returnable and are not eligible for return or refund unless confirmed defective and approved under the applicable warranty process:
- Clearance Sale items
- Products marked as Final Sale
- Activated DJI products
- Flown drones
- Used batteries
- Opened batteries
- Opened electronic components
- Installed parts
- Repair parts
- Special-order items
- Backordered items submitted to the manufacturer or supplier
- DJI Care, service plans, extended warranty plans, and digital service products
- Products with missing accessories, manuals, documentation, packaging, or security tags
- Products that have been damaged, modified, altered, installed, activated, flown, or used
- Products returned without prior approval
Products included in our Clearance Sale collection are final sale and cannot be returned for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, incorrect purchase, or other non-defective order issues.
Final sale restrictions do not limit any rights customers may have under applicable law or manufacturer warranty coverage for confirmed defective products.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support team no later than 5 business days after receiving your shipment.

To help us process your claim, please provide your order number, photos or videos of the product, photos of the packaging, photos of the shipping label, and a clear description of the issue.
If there is extensive visible damage to the shipping box at the time of delivery, please refuse delivery and contact our Customer Support team immediately.
If the product is confirmed defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect due to our error, we will provide further instructions for correction, replacement, repair, or refund according to the applicable warranty, carrier claim, or return process.
Do not discard the product, packaging, shipping box, shipping label, or packing materials until your claim has been reviewed. These materials may be required for carrier claims, warranty claims, or manufacturer review.
Return Shipping Costs
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defective product.
Original shipping costs, expedited shipping fees, and other non-refundable service fees are not refundable if the item is in working condition or the return is due to buyer’s remorse.
We do not refund shipping costs for non-defective items.
If a return label is provided by Drone Robotics Tech for a non-defective return, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
Customers are responsible for properly packaging returned items. Drone Robotics Tech is not responsible for damage or loss during return shipping caused by improper packaging or carrier handling.
Payment Processing Fees
For non-defective returns or customer-requested cancellations after payment has been processed, non-refundable payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law and payment processor rules.
Payment processing fees, including credit card processing fees, may be non-refundable for buyer’s remorse returns, customer-requested cancellations, refused deliveries, incorrect shipping addresses, or other non-defective order issues where permitted by applicable law and payment processor rules.
Refunds
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days after inspection for the refund to be processed. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Refunds may be reduced by applicable restocking fees, return shipping costs, original shipping costs, expedited shipping fees, missing items, missing accessories, damaged packaging, product damage, signs of use, activation records, installation marks, repair costs, or non-refundable payment processing fees.
Refunds will not be issued until the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved by Drone Robotics Tech.
Canceled Orders
If you request to cancel an order before it has shipped, we will make every effort to cancel the order.
However, if the order has already been processed, packed, shipped, submitted to the manufacturer, submitted to the supplier, or prepared for fulfillment, cancellation may not be guaranteed.
For customer-requested cancellations after payment has been processed, non-refundable payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law and payment processor rules.
Special-order items, manufacturer-submitted orders, supplier-submitted orders, backordered items, custom orders, and final sale items may not be cancelable once the order has been processed or submitted.
Refusal of Delivery
If a package is refused for delivery for any reason other than visible shipping damage, the customer will be responsible for the actual shipping charges incurred by Drone Robotics Tech.
Once we receive the package back at our warehouse and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment for the purchase price, less the actual shipping cost, applicable return shipping cost, restocking fee, and any non-refundable payment processing fees.
This applies even if the order originally qualified for free shipping.
This policy does not apply to packages that are refused due to visible shipping damage. If the package appears damaged at delivery, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
Incorrect Shipping Address Provided
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Packages that are returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges.
If the package is returned to our warehouse, we may issue a refund to the original form of payment for the purchase price, less the actual shipping cost, return shipping cost, applicable restocking fee, and any non-refundable payment processing fees.
This shipping charge applies even if the order originally qualified for free shipping.
Requests to reship the package will be subject to actual reshipping charges.
Shipping & Delivery
Drone Robotics Tech ships to U.S. destinations, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Free ground shipping over $599 applies only to the 48 continental United States. Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or international shipments unless otherwise stated.
Shipping times do not include the day the order ships. Orders are shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time and verified may ship the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Eastern Time may ship the next business day.
“2-Day” and “Standard Overnight” shipping options refer to business days only, Monday through Friday. Weekends and holidays are not included.
Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, acts of God, strikes, lockouts, customs delays, incorrect addresses, manufacturer delays, supplier delays, product shortages, system errors, or other events beyond Drone Robotics Tech’s control are not the responsibility of Drone Robotics Tech.
International Shipping Policy
We work with various shipping companies to help customers obtain competitive international shipping rates.
All duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, import charges, and other local charges are the responsibility of the customer.
International customers may contact us for specific shipping rate quotes before placing an order.
Drone Robotics Tech is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, import restrictions, local delivery issues, incorrect import documentation, denied import entry, or documentation provided by the customer.
International shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and import-related charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Warranty Claims
Product warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
For DJI products, warranty eligibility and coverage are determined by DJI or the applicable authorized service process. Drone Robotics Tech may assist customers with warranty guidance, but final warranty approval, repair, replacement, or coverage determination may be made by the manufacturer.
Warranty claims are separate from buyer’s remorse returns. Activated, used, or flown products may not be eligible for return, but may still be eligible for warranty service if the issue qualifies under the applicable warranty policy.
Warranty service does not guarantee refund eligibility. Products approved for warranty service may be repaired, replaced, credited, or otherwise handled according to the manufacturer’s warranty policy and service process.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first at sales@droneroboticstec.com so we can review and assist with your request.
Filing a payment dispute or chargeback before contacting us may delay the return, refund, replacement, or warranty review process.
Drone Robotics Tech reserves the right to provide order records, delivery confirmation, tracking information, communication records, product condition records, and policy documentation to the payment processor or financial institution in response to any payment dispute.
Limitation of Policy Abuse
Drone Robotics Tech reserves the right to refuse returns, cancel orders, limit future purchases, or deny refund requests if we determine that a customer is abusing the return policy, engaging in fraudulent activity, repeatedly refusing deliveries, providing incorrect shipping information, initiating improper payment disputes, or returning products that do not meet the stated return requirements.
Policy Updates
Drone Robotics Tech reserves the right to update or modify this Refund, Returns & Shipping Policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that order unless otherwise required by applicable law.
